Jake Scuderi
Founder & Managing Director
Born and raised in Naples, Jake brings deep local knowledge and genuine passion for Southwest Florida. A three-sport athlete at Barron Collier High School and FGCU Entrepreneurship graduate, he also founded Park Rats Run Club, building community through fitness and wellness.
At 25, Jake is committed to protecting your property with the same care he'd give his own family's home.
Christian Cucinotta
Founder & Operations Director
Originally from Pennsylvania, Christian moved to Southwest Florida six years ago for FGCU, where he earned his BBA in Management and played lacrosse. He immediately fell in love with Naples and knew it would be his home.
At 24, Christian brings operational precision, strategic thinking, and an unwavering work ethic to S&C Luxury Concierge.
